Formal U.S. military training and experience in the handlingof COMSEC materials, or completion of applicable portions of the NAVEDTRA 43462Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS). 

Demonstrated experience as a COMSECClerk and in administrative tasks related to Key Management Infrastructure (KMI)program, packaging, receiving, and transporting COMSEC and KMI materials,placing status markings on COMSEC material, and conducting page checks andentering amendments and corrections into Electronic Key Management Systempublications. 

Prior training and experience in the operation of a U.S. militarytelecommunications center including transmission, receipt, acceptance,processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing message traffic.
