Job Description

The program manager will be responsible for supervising, managing, and leading a 50+ member, diverse operations and maintenance team that ensures day-to-day operations maintenance, repair, and minor alteration of physical facilities, janitorial, housekeeping and lodging (billeting) support services and mail center operations for multiple buildings at the Center for Domestic Preparedness  located in Anniston, Alabama. 

Job Qualifications

Mandatory

  • 5 years (within the last 7 years of employment) of experience in the management and supervision of building/mechanical maintenance operations for buildings ranging from 40-200k sq. ft. that include task areas listed in the job description
  • Must provide a detailed description of the previous 7 years employment history  
  • The names and addresses of the companies for whom the proposed project manager worked for the past 7 years along with the names and telephone numbers of their immediate supervisors.
  • Job Resume detailing aforementioned experiences
  • Must be willing to sign a non-binding letter of commitment detailing your intention to consider/accept a potential job offer contingent upon contract award 

Highly Desired

  • College degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Certified Facility Manager Professional
  • Program Management Professional
  • Professional certifications/licensing to include HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing is a plus
